Established in 1886, this is the longest-running fair in the nation, running for 24 consecutive days. Some famous attractions include The Texas Star that takes you on a 12-minute ride with panoramic views of the State Fair grounds, an after-dark parade, lots of delicious food vendors, and much more.
The City of Tyler
Also known as ‘The Rose Capital of America’, the city of Tyler boasts a plethora of idyllic rose gardens. You can be mystified by these beloved flowers along a ten-mile Azalea Trail which comprises of two routes, be at one with nature in Camp Ford, or stroll through the historical districts.
